Our Story
From a small site team to a full-service engineering & property company
Charlotte Estate & Agro Solutions Ltd started in 2009 as a small civil engineering consultancy with three engineers and one pickup truck. We built our reputation one foundation at a time, through honest quotes, safe sites and work that lasts.
Clients kept asking us to help them sell or rent the buildings we'd built, so we launched a dedicated real estate division. Today we are a team of more than 180 engineers, surveyors, project managers and property professionals.
Engineers inspect our properties and property specialists advise our projects. That puts the whole lifecycle of a building under one roof, from feasibility to final sale.
